The National Sports Council has suspended sporting activities in the country following a surge in Covid19 cases. The directive to suspend the games was sent to sports federations this evening. It comes as a shock as the National Basketball League was just about to reach its climax. Basketball players and fans will have to be patient as they wait for government directive on the way forward.
