South Sudan stepped into the FIBA Zone 5 Afrobasket Qualifiers for the first time with quite the confidence. The squad led by legendary coach Lindsey Harding, who affirms that it’s a special moment for South Sudan’s ladies and a great opportunity to show them that there’s something to look up to in the game of basketball. Coach Lindsey added that they are coming to the competition with passion, hunger and enthusiasm and they won’t be taking this opportunity for granted.

As we eagerly wait to see how our newbies perform in their games, and how they will comeback from their loss to Egypt, here is the list of the participating players, who are representing South Sudan.
