KPA Women’s Basketball Still the Team to Beat.

In an action packed weekend, the dockers matched up against their rivals Equity bank. It was a one-sided affair where the dockers annihilated the bankers 73-42. KPA’s attack was led by league MVP Natalie Akinyi and new signing Jemimah Night, who dropped 22 and 21 points respectively. Ritah Aluoch and Vilma Achieng added 13 and 11 rebounds to solidify KPA’s dominance. Equity bank had a bad day offensively, Silalei Shani was their only player in double digits with 10 points. Missing in action was Kenya Lionesses captain, Melissa Akinyi, who is participating in the 3×3 Commonwealth camp at Kasarani.
KPA have shown that they are the team to beat in the KBF League.
